You MUST follow the rules below…
Official entry rules for the Instagram Photo Scavenger Hunt at the 2025 Reno Latin Dance Fest, January 9-12, 2025:
No need to register. All participants must have passes and be in attendance at the 2025 Reno Latin Dance Fest (participants will be verified attendees before awards are given out.
Teams can be up to a maximum of 4 (four) contestants.
You are to post 10 pictures on Instagram one picture per item on the list below.
All 4 (four) participants must be collaborators in the post (come up with a clever team name for yourselves)
ONLY one post for all 4 (four) participants.
All pictures must include one required item on the list and at least one or more of the team members, each team member must be included in at least one of the images
You must copy/paste the information below in your post. Enter your team name and tag team participants.

Images in post must follow the order of the Scavenger Hunt List
All contestants/groups will have until 6:00 AM, Sunday, January 8th to complete the photo scavenger hunt, and post their entries on Instagram.
Get Creative with your Pictures, the Photography Team will be the judges and vote on the best pictures all together to pick a winner.
IN ACCORDANCE WITH NEVADA GAMING CONTROL BOARD REGULATIONS: NO PHOTOGRAPHY OF ANY GAMING AREAS IS ALLOWED!!! NONE!!! ZERO!!! ZIP!!!

The Fine Print:
All entries will become the sole property of the Reno Latin Dance Fest. By entering and posting photos, you are giving the Reno Latin Dance Fest and In Step LLC permission to use the photo(s) on their website and its other promotional and marketing Internet sites, including social networking sites.
By entering this contest, the digital photo creators indicate that they agree and accept these terms: entrant acknowledges that the Reno Latin Dance Fest, its employees, agents, representatives, consultants and contractors, is to receive exclusive right, title, and interest in and to the photo submitted by entrant for the contest, and any modifications, promotional information, derivations or improvements thereof, including any and all intellectual property rights therein. Entrant represents and warrants that he/she/it has sole and exclusive right, title and interest to such submitted photo. In connection with the foregoing, entrant agrees to assign, and hereby does assign, and shall cause his/her/its affiliates and the employees, agents, representatives, consultants and contractors of entrant and his/her/its affiliates to assign (if and as applicable), all intellectual property rights in such submitted photo to the Reno Latin Dance Festival.
Submitters grant The Reno Latin Dance Fest a royalty-free, world wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivative works of their submitted photos, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or subsequently developed. The Reno Latin Dance Fest will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use.
The Reno Latin Dance Fest reserves the right to contact submitters to confirm information in the submission form or for any other purpose considered necessary.
The Reno Latin Dance Fest and its affiliates, employees, agents, representatives, consultants and contractors reserves the right to disqualify applicants for failure to follow guidelines and requirements as stated above or in accordance to law.
The Reno Latin Dance Fest reserves the right to cancel or modify these rules at its discretion. Decisions of The Reno Latin Dance Fest and its affiliates and the employees, agents, representatives, consultants and contractors will be final.
Submitters whose contact information has changed during the course of the contest should update their contact info with the producers of The Reno Latin Dance Fest and or email RenoLatinDanceFest@gmail.com.
